Email laurajohnson@cruiseplanners.com
What if I need a roommate?
You can ask for a roommate on the facebook group page or you can invite non Alumni to share a cabin with you.
What if I want a cabin by myself?
Single passengers occupying a cabin without another guest will be billed 200% of the double occupancy cruise fare and applicable fees/taxes.
Whats included:
In addition to admission to the private Alumni Cocktail party, the price of your room also includes:
• All meals (there's gourmet fare in the formal dining rooms, casual indoor and outdoor grills open for meals throughout the day and 24-hour room service).
• Non-carbonated beverages (i.e. tea, juices, coffee).
• Free entrance to hot spots like the ship's disco and casino.
• Use of the ship's beautiful pools and giant waterslide (all with plenty of deck space to enjoy a cocktail and some great music).
• Use of the ship's health and fitness center.
• Adventure Ocean facilities and activities if you're bringing children.
Not included are:
• Gratuities
• Gambling
• Spa
• Alcoholic beverages
Soft drinks & bottled water. (However, cards are available for a low price which get you unlimited soft drinks throughout the cruise.)
• Any meals, events or tours in the Port
• Airfare
• Ground transportation
What about airfare?
Since there are so many people traveling from different places at different times it is impossible to quote one price. Although we can book your air for you, we recommend going to our Air (book now) tab on our home page or going directly to the Airlines.
Note: Latest possible air arrival time would be 11:30am 6/18/12. Return flight should not be scheduled before 12:00pm 6/22/12.
When should we plan on arriving?
Since delays can happen, we recommend arriving the night before. We will have a group of rooms available in Cocoa Beach that will include either parking for those of you driving or transportation from the airport for those flying.
All rooms will include transportation to the Cruise Port.
Is a passport required?
We highly suggest that you obtain a passport. A passport is required to return to the US by air so in the case of an emergency this would be needed. In addition, while it is not a US requirement at this time to have a passport when returning by cruise ship this could change by June 2012. Visit for more info www.travel.state.gov.
Do we need Travel Insurance?
Most health insurance plans do not cover you while outside of the US. However, Worldwide Travel protection plan offers medical protection plus you would be covered for up to 100% of trip cost if you had to cancel your trip due to a covered reason.
What do we need to register?
Name, DOB, Address, phone number and email for each passenger and a $50 deposit is all you need if registering by September 15, 2011.
